Standard Delivery
Standard is our economic shipping option, All orders ship within 1-3 days of purchase. Expect 5-7 Business days for delivery. Standard service ships with USPS final delivery and must be shipped to a valid Postal Address. Delivery methods may include USPS, SmartPost, SurePost, or UPS Mail Innovations. This option is unavailable for FFL items, ORM-D, aerosol and hazardous products that have carrier restrictions.

 

Returns Policy and Process

Live Outdoor Sports goal is to make purchasing and returning products as simple as possible.  If you buy a product from Live Outdoor Sports and decide you don’t need it, don’t want it, or just don’t like it, we’ll take it back any time with a few exceptions. 

Returns generally take 7-10 business days to process once received in our Returns area.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Our return process is simple, please contact us at info@liveoutdoorsports.com to request a Return Authorization Number.

Customers pay for the return shipping but we will send you a Coupon for $15.00 off your next purchase, after your return is processed.

What products are eligible to be returned?

  • Due to regulations and safety consideration, primers, most liquids, and other ORM-D and Hazardous items, crossbows, tree stands, safety harnesses, undergarments, washed or worn clothing,  oversized items/ special order items/ hygienic products (mouth blown calls)/ hazardous items/ food products/ safety products are not returnable.
  • Merchandise returned must be re-packed in such a way that is in saleable condition when received. (no writing on internal boxes/packaging intact)

How long do I have to return an item?

  • 30 Days from Date of Purchase

When can I expect my refund?

  • Refunds generally take 7-10 business days to process once received into our return area. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

How can I receive a refund for my order?

  • Your refund will be credited in the same manner used for payment of the original order, unless noted otherwise.

What if I paid with a LOS gift card?

  • Your refund will be sent to you in the form of a new LOS Gift Credit.

I received the item as a gift.  How can I receive a refund?

  • Refunds require proof of purchase: we would need the account information of the person who purchased the item in order to process a refund.
